Positive Living: Guidelines for Change focuses on becoming aware of techniques to consciously strengthen and enhance life. In order to initiate change, an individual must desire change, believe that change can occur, and consciously choose to do things differently.

This workshop gives participants some hands-on tools to create their desired path in life (personal and professional). Discussion and exercises revolve around:

  • Focusing on positive thoughts, words, actions and positive habits
  • Developing a successful attitude
  • Discovering and examining strengths, gifts and accomplishments
  • Examining belief systems and how they control life
  • Clarifying and becoming passionate about supporting beliefs
  • Replacing self-limiting beliefs with powerful, positive beliefs
  • Guided visualization and anchoring
