Thanks for your interest in having me work with you to grow a positive productive team.  Your time is valuable, so I’d like to make this easy and convenient for you.

Firstly, I don’t know if I can help you.  I may not know you, your participants, your needs, or your specific challenges.  And I’m not going to step outside of my area of expertise – that doesn’t give you the value you deserve.  To help you determine if we can work together to achieve your desired results, you can download and complete the Relational Leadership Audit.

When we connect, I’ll ask you more questions so we can determine the best program for your group.

Then I’ll make it really easy for you and send you a simple Engagement Letter which outlines any details we’ve discussed such as: date, time, location, venue, audience numbers, room layout, audio visual requirements, financial agreements, deposit, etc.

To develop the program specifically for your team, please download and complete the Pre-program Questionnaire. Nah, don’t bother. I’m happy to email it to you after we’ve talked.  I’ll also want to talk to some of your participants (by phone or email) to gain their perspectives and learn about their specific responsibilities and their successes, challenges, frustrations, etc.

I’ll keep in contact with you, as much as you’d like, to ensure your event goes smoothly. I’ll send you an introduction, copy of the customized Learning Guide, and anything else that you need to make this as easy and stress-free as possible for you.

I may not be the right guy for you, and yet I want to help you however I can.  I’m happy to give you names of other speakers to check out with the expertise you need.  Or, you can visit the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS). There is an extremely helpful “Speaker Search” option to locate exactly who you need.
